The plasma technology GmbH is manufacturer of low-pressure-plasma-systems.
Plasma technology stands for an important field in surface treatment with a well promising future. The plasma treatment of surfaces is a crucial process step to create high-grade compounds to other materials.
We offer standard systems of plasma-technology as well as custom systems designed for the customers specific manufacturing environment and processing requirements. The specific plasma processes (plasma recipes) used are developed by plasma technology GmbH and delivered with the plasma-system.

Applications of plasma-systems are plasma pre-treatment before painting or plasma pre-treatment before gluing. Plasma-coatings are used e.g. to minimize the friction of surfaces.
By plasma-activation of plastics their surface tension is increased and therefore the paint can coat the surface better.
Even high-performance plastics like PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene -Teflon®), POM (Polyoxymethylene), PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) or PA (Polyamide) can be painted or glued after plasma-treatment via plasma technology.

We are glad to give you advice in this field of plasma-treatment (plasma technology / plasma processing) as well as about our plasma machines. Apart from plasma-coating and coating via PVD processes (e.g. sputtering) respectively we cover many other areas in plasma as well as in PVD technology, thus for example plasma etching, plasma-cleaning and plasma-activation.
A new innovation of plasma technology is called plasma-primer (Plasmaprimer). Here a thin film coating deposited via plasma technology replaces effectively mediating adhesive paint-systems.
