MiniFlecto® - as system package with notebook and pumping stand

Gruppe_02

MiniFlecto® is a laboratory plant and small-batch plant used in he pretreatment of surfaces of small construction units. It is outstandingly suitable for the process development and validation of processes in laboratory and development.

Due to the dimensions of nearly 200x400x400 mm and a chamber volume of 1,7 litre as well as due to a practical and clearly arranged membrane keyboard the plant can be operated easily.

The characteristic of MiniFlecto® is that it does not need any laborious programming of process parameters. The plant contains 10 previously programmed plasma processes, the name of the proccess contains the desired effect: for exampe ‚Cleaning of metal’ or ‘Activation of plastics’. Thus the plant can be operated very easily.

For individual processes the plant can be connected to a personnel computer, the previously programmed processes can be verified.

This new innovative development enables you develop and document processes in the laboratory. For later production, the process data can be transfered to the production plant directly.

The software is compatible to Windows® 2000 and Windows® XP. The connection of the plasma plant is made by a USB port. The process relevant parameters are documented and presented in a time diagram. The developed processes can be reproduced by means of storage.

Software:

Operation modus

Processes can be selected and started in the operation modus.

The parameters cannot be modified in this modus.
The last executed process automatically is loaded at the beginning of the program.
The plant can be started by means of the push-button key ‘START’ at the plant or by means of of the START-button in the process window.
